Ministries
We seek to equip our people to do the work of the ministry. In addition to our regular Bible teaching services, we engage in:
Family Ministry
We live in a culture that increasingly segregates families. Because we believe the family (not the church or the government) is God's ordained institution for the propagation of the race and the instruction of children, our church exists to serve parents in that role. We seek to integrate families whenever possible. While we do provide a variety of age-appropriate ministry, we encourage parents to train their children to participate in service, worship and instruction with adults whenever possible.
If you had lived in early first century Israel and had a friend with personal problems you would have taken him or her to Jesus. We still think this is a good idea. The Bible, not modern psychology, promises us all we need for life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3). Our pastor and many of our people are trained to carefully use God's word to help hurting people.

Men's Ministry
God in his word has called men to be leaders in their homes, the church and the culture. One way we encourage this is a gathering at the Norske Nook restaurant at 6:00 A.M. each Wednesday for prayer and topical or textual Bible study.

Our ladies currently have a choice of two Bible studies in northern and southern Barron County. Contact us for more details.

College Ministry
Our college-age young people at home and away meet in a Facebook group called "Phrisbee Phellowship." We are currently studying C.S. Lewis's book "Mere Christianity/"
We believe our young people are the church of today, not the church of tomorrow. Consequently, our youth group meets regularly for service, instruction and fellowship. We believe the involvement of parents is essential to the long-term discipling of young people.

Children's Ministry
Our school-age children are provided the opportunity to learn along with their parents as much as possible. We do offer graded Sunday school classes for those parents who wish to make use of an age-specific curriculum. During the school year our Kids' Quest Catechism Club meets each Wednesday evening for instruction, Bible memory and recreation.
